Do I really have no obligations?

  • Really not. There are no costs whatsoever.
  • However, if you no longer wish to be a club member - which we would find a great pity - you can simply cancel your membership on a monthly basis. And of course you can come back at any time!

Which products can I complain about and send in?

  • All CIMCO screwdrivers, pliers and manual crimping pliers purchased from the start of membership - with the exception of hydraulic tools
  • The damage to the products must not be due to improper use

How can I complain about a product?

  • Simply send an e-mail to club-umtausch@cimco.de
  • Attach photos of the proof of purchase and damaged tool to this e-mail - we will then take care of it quickly
