Crimping pliers set click n crimp, with crimping profile inserts
Click 'n' Crimp electrical engineering is the innovative crimping pliers for electrical professionals who demand maximum flexibility and efficiency. Thanks to the intelligent quick-change system, the crimping profile dies can be exchanged in seconds without tools, secured by a robust snap-in holder in the pliers body. Two additional inserts can be stored directly in the integrated magazine holders on the pliers legs, ready to hand and safely stowed away. The pliers body is made of high-strength, specially tempered sheet steel and offers maximum stability in a compact design. The adjustable ratchet mechanism with positive release ensures that every crimping operation is carried out with the required, standard-compliant crimping pressure. Ergonomic 2-component handles ensure a high level of comfort even during long periods of use. Three crimping profile inserts are included in the scope of delivery: Art. no. 106010 for non-insulated cable lugs from 0.5 to 10 mm², Art. no. 106011 for non-insulated cable lugs from 0.5 to 10 mm² and Art. no. 106012 for wire end ferrules from 0.5 to 10 mm². The crimping range is 0.5 to 10 mm². The weight is only 690 g including all inserts. The body of the pliers is made of hardened special sheet steel. The inserts can be changed without tools. The adjustable ratchet with positive release and the 2K handles enable fatigue-free working. The integrated magazine holders provide space for two additional inserts.
