One-hand ratchet cable cutter; for crush-free cutting of cables with an outer diameter of max. 65 mm. Suitable for copper and aluminium cables, not suitable for steel wire, steel-reinforced cables and hard-drawn copper conductors. Clean cut thanks to sharp, specially hardened cutting edges, can be operated effortlessly with just one hand despite its compact design thanks to the ratchet mechanism with needle bearing eccentric transmission and ergonomic handles with a small opening width. However, the handles are long enough to allow the second hand to be used for support at peak loads. Weighs only 980 g. Movable, fully swivelling cutting edge that can be unlocked in any position, locking of the handles via rotary knob (lock symbol), easy opening of the cutting blades by means of a pawl that can be locked in the open position.
