Replacement punch for Nibbler ASN 20. Pre-punched round holes can be easily and cost-savingly converted to square and rectangular holes. Especially recommended for the production of rare dimensions (special shapes). Application: 1. pre-punch a guide hole diameter 21, 5 mm or diameter 28, 5 mm using a sheet metal punch and hand punch. Insert nibbling tool with punch. 3. 3 Expand the round hole into a rectangular or square hole to the desired final size by punching several times (nibbling). 4. to avoid skew punching, the final dimension should be pre-drawn. Material thickness: max. 2.0 mm ST 37. Dimensions: for ASN 20 with a-20.0 mm; b 9.0 mm; c 28.5 mm; pre-punching up to a Ø of 28.5 mm.
